Jennifer is an alumni of James Madison University, and has two masters degrees from George Mason University in Special Education and Education Administration. She also has over 25 years experience in jazz, hip hop, and pom as a dancer, choreographer and teacher. Jennifer was a founding member of the Old Dominion University Dance Team, and went on to dance on the George Mason University Dance Team while in graduate school. She has danced with Culture Shock DC, co-founded the Phenomena Hip Hop troupe, and was an original member of the Urban Moves Hip Hop Company.
Jennifer has been an aerobics instructor and master presenter for Gold's Gym and Sport & Health, and has appeared and performed as a fitness expert in the "NBC 4 Fitness Expo", and was featured in their promotional television commercials on NBC. She also co-directed and choreographed for the Sport & Health Demo Dance and Aerobics Team. She recently traveled to China to perform with Encore Dance Studios for the International Cultural Festival in 2006. Jennifer was the ten-year head coach for the Madison High School Dance Team, leading them to three national pom championship titles in Orlando, Florida. She won “Best Choreography” for the hip hop category at NDA Nationals for 2007. Her team was one of the top-rated jazz, pom, and hip hop dance teams in the DC Metro area. She was named “Coach Mentor of the Year” for Madison High School in 2006. Jennifer also has extensive experience in theater choreography. Her credits include Chicago (winning Cappies Best Musical in 2003), Fame, Annie, Honk, Pippin, Kiss Me Kate, West Side Story, Parade, Urinetown, and City of Angels. She currently choreographs and directs the annual National Cappies Theater Gala Dancers at the Kennedy Center, and was the National Cappies Summer Theater Program Choreographer for 4 years. Jennifer founded Adrenaline Dance, Inc. in 2004, and co-founded the All-Star Adrenaline Dance Program in McLean, Virginia. She was the resident choreographer for the Competitive Dance Teams and co-led them to being one of the top rated teams in the area. Jennifer also directed and choreographed the All-Star Adrenaline Halloween Parade & Float performance that won the group “Best in Show” for 2008!
Jennifer’s has choreographed for many organizations including; Washington Chiefs semi-pro league, George Mason Dance Team, Capitol Movement Project, Mystics Mayhem dancers, Washington Wizards Dance Team, and numerous high schools around the Metro area. Jennifer has taught for several local dance studios and in 2007 choreographed the Washington Wizard’s Dance Team audition. She is also a certified dance judge for NDA, Maryland Dance circuit, UPA Nationals, and has judged the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders and Wizards Dance Team auditions. Jennifer also serves as a board member of the Capitol Movement Project Dance Company in DC.
Jennifer moved into the All Star Team competition industry in 2007 when she Co-Founded the All-Star Adrenaline Dance Teams. Earning bids to the USASF Worlds each year they competed, Adrenaline was one of the most successful All Star programs in the area. All-Star Adrenaline moved its business out of the Tysons area, and currently Jennifer is co-directing the All Star Teams at Creative Dance Center in Ashburn VA. Along with some of the areas top instructors, Jennifer is building the competitive program at Creative Dance Center Studios!

Megs Bressler Early
A Stafford, Virginia native, Megs trained at the Barton and Williams School of Dance.While in high school she was the captain of the nationally ranked North Stafford Dance Team where she had the opportunity to perform in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade and the New Year’s Parade in Paris, France. She continued to perform and choreograph in college for the Dance Company of Virginia Tech.
Megs realized early on that her passion for teaching was as big as her dream to dance.During her college summers she was a Universal Dance Association Head Instructor where she taught and judged competitions all over the country.During the school year she was a company director and teacher for the Dance.Tech Performing Arts Studio in Blacksburg, Va.After college Megs moved back up to Northern Virginia where she coached a local high school while teaching classes at Metropolitan Fine Arts Center.Her desire to perform landed her a spot on the NBA Washington Wizards Dance Team and then the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders; where she is today.
Megs co-founded Adrenaline Dance Force with Jennifer, and together they work to provide excellence in dance team training and class instruction to schools and teams in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
Alex Devolites
Alex began dancing in various studios when she was 3 years old. She was coached by Jennifer Koonce as a four-year member of the nationally-ranked Madison HS Dance Team, for which she was captain of her senior year.At Madison, Alex was also a featured dancer in the Cappie-award-winning musical Chicago. After graduating high school, Alex attended the University of Virginia, where she danced and choreographed for both the Virginia Dance Company and the University of Virginia Dance Team. Alex was selected as a member of UVA’s travelling dance team, and performed in the Georgia Dome and the Greensboro Collesium for the ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament in 2009 and 2010. In 2009, Alex also had the opportunity to dance onstage with Rascal Flatts for their “Bob That Head” tour.
Alex currently does choreography for local high school teams, and performs with Adrenaline. She specializes in technical training for aspiring high school dancers!
Allie O'Hare
Allie O’Hare received her BFA in Dance and Choreography in 2007 from Virginia Commonwealth University. Upon graduating, she has had the pleasure of being a member and performing with various companies. Along side performing, Allie has also focused on becoming a master teacher and choreographer. She has worked with students of all ages and levels in all forms of dance throughout the state of Virginia and Florida. She is thrilled to be a part of the world of dance, and is excited to continue perfecting her skills as a dancer, teacher and choreographer.
JT Thomas
JT began dancing as a freshman at Hayfield Secondary School. He has been involved in numerous musicals, and eventually found his love of dance! Training in several studios in the Lorton area, he began competing on the studio circuit and won numerous awards through JUMP and, Shake The Floor, and many other dance conventions. JT has trained and performed with nationally accredited teachers and dancers such as Mia Michaels, Mandy Moore, Dee Caspary, Rasta Thomas, and many more.
JT has been teaching at local studios and programs in the Metro Area. He has also coached competitive All Star teams over the last 5 years, and has earned bids to the All Star Worlds level of competition with his choreography and coaching skills. Currently JT and Jennifer do choreography all over Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland. They have choreographed for the Kennedy Center, National Cappies Theater, high school dance teams, musicals, studios, and more! His lyrical and contemporary style to teaching is an experience!
JT currently coaches and teaches at Creative Dance Center in Ashburn and Chantilly.
Emily Montgomery
Emily has been teaching for Adrenaline for two years. She currently dances on the George Mason University Dance Team Masonettes. Emily is a technically trained dancer and is able to help young beginning dancers reach their potential in our classes!
Mon "Monster" Tatlonghari
Mon began
dancing as a teenager studying hip hop, break dancing, Latin/Rhythm dances,
waltz, freestyle, and more! He started performing with the
"3M's" in 2006, appearing in numerous events around Northern
Virginia, Maryland, and DC. Mon teaches for several studios in the area, and
found his natural gift of teaching and working with youth. He was a
founder of "Flo-Dynamix" Crew. Mon is originally from the
Philippines, and draws inspiration from his travels and experiences. Some
of his greatest influences as a professional dancer have been from artists such
as the Jabbawockeez, Micheal Jackson, and Philippine All-Stars. Mon currently coaches the CDC Stars competitive hip hop team out of Creative Dance Center in Ashburn, Virginia; and teaches several All-Boy Dance and B-boy classes at the Ashburn studio. Lauren Ramos
Lauren is a native of Northern Virginia. She has been dancing for almost 20 years in tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, pointe, and modern. Lauren began teaching dance at Chris Collins Dance studio in 2005, and in July 2010 became certified in teaching through Dance Masters of America.Lauren has been teaching with Adrenaline since 2010 and is able to bring her expertise in ballet and acro/cheer classes, jazz, and ballet. Lauren additionally teaches and performs with Jennifer at Creative Dance Center's CDC Stars All Star Open Team.
Kristin Quinn
Kristin is a native
of Fairfax County, VA. She began classes at the age of five in ballet and tap
with Marilyn Baird at Joy of Dance in her original Falls Church location. She
later trained, competed and performed locally with Center Stage Dance Company
in Fairfax. She recently graduated
Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University with a BFA in Dance Performance,
with a concentration in jazz and contemporary. Kristin has performed in
numerous college dance productions and has had the privilege of training with
Monica Bill Barnes, Roberto Villanueva, Lane Alexander, Liz Lerman and Bergen
Wheeler. She has performed at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, Point Park
University with the Rockette Dance Intensive, and at the Corcoran Gallery of
Art with Liz Lerman Dance Exchange.
Miguel Soriano
Miguel began dancing at a young age at Westfields high school. He is an active member of Flo Dynamix Crew, and competes with the CDC Stars Hip Hop team our of Creative Dance Center in Ashburn. Miguel's unique style captures the audience attention as he lights up the dance floor with his power moves and hip hop style.
Miguel has been teaching for Adrenaline Dance Force for 2 years, and has a natural talent teaching young aspiring hip hop dancers. Miguel plans to enter the medical field of pharmaceuticals as he attends college.
Kevin Kirkwood
Kevinbegan dancing with Flo Dynamix crew several years ago. He currently performs with Flo Dynamix and the CDC Stars Hip Hop competition team out of Creative Dance Center in Ashburn, Virginia. Kevin is KNOWN for his physical strength and ability to execute any trick out there! He enjoys working with young dancers and has a unique ability to demonstrate and teach tricks to team mates and students.
Kevin plans to attend VCU next year and continue performing and teaching.
Ally Tranchina
Ally is a native of Long Island, New York, and has been dancing since the age of three. She has extensive studio background and began competing nationally by age eleven. Ally held the honor to have been the youngest member ever accepted by Steps on Broadway's Work/Study Scholarship Program until just recently! She has extensive performance experience in studio dance and professionally. Some of her credits include; Pro Bowl Half Time in Hawaii, the 2004 New Year's Parade in London, and national championships through NDA and UDA. Ally was a member of the First Ladies of Dance Team at George Washington University. While attending college, she was a Universal Dance Association Staff Instructor traveling all over the country to teach dance to high school dancers.
After college, she began coaching and doing choreography for All-Star Adrenaline, leading her hip hop team to national competition in Orlando, Florida, and recieved a bid to the US Finals. She continues to coach with Jennifer at Creative Dance Center in Ashburn, VA. Ally has judged many competitions throughout Virginia, DC, and Maryland competition circuts. She is excited to continue sharing her expertise in dance and technique through Adrenaline Dance Force.
Nikki Robinson
Nikki started dancing at stage door dance studio at age four and continued until her senior year in high school. During her attendance at stage door she was a teachers assistant for her sophomore and senior year of high school for Tap and Jazz classes. She was a member of her middle and high school dance teams and was captain of both. For the past three years she has been the coach/choreographer for the Bull Run Middle School Dance Team. During her sophomore year of high school Nikki traveled to China with stage door to perform in the Beijing Cultural Fest. Currently Nikki is a member of the George Mason University Dance Team.
Thayer Case
Thayer is originally from New Jersey, she began dancing in studios at a very young age. She currently attends George Washington Unvesity and is a member of the First Ladies of Dance Team. Thayer has been a member of the Adrenaline Dance Force for three years!
Eve Graham
Eve has been studying dance since she was 8. With a passion for dance, she has studied ballroom, swing, and even clogging! Eve began doing hip hop as a teenager when she joined Jennifer Koonce's All Star competitive teams in 2008 and danced competitively for two years. Eve has danced with Adrenaline, and All Star Legacy Senior teams; her style and ability to perform with energy captures the judges attention, and has helped the teams take several national championships! Eve's natural talent and passion for dancing is evident as she has begun teaching for Adrenaline Dance Force through several elementary programs. She has continued to refine her skills and recently began taking Break Dancing, as well she has performed with Flo Dynamix crew! Eve's energy is catchy, she will WOW you with her passion! Her goal is to one day coach her own team!
